After account deletion, such data is generally deleted or anonymised within 90 days, unless legal or operational obligations require longer retention.
c. Uploaded photos and videos
Photos and videos uploaded by users are retained:
- while your account is active, unless you delete them sooner,
- or until they are no longer needed to provide the coaching service.
If you delete a photo or video, we will generally remove it from active systems within 30 days, though backup copies may remain for a limited period.
If you delete your account, uploaded photos and videos are generally deleted from active systems within 30 to 90 days, with residual backup deletion occurring within a reasonable backup cycle, typically not exceeding 180 days, unless retention is legally required.
d. Support and communication data
If you contact support, we may retain those communications for up to 24 months to manage support issues, improve service quality, and protect against disputes.
e. Technical logs and analytics
Technical logs, security logs, and analytics data are generally retained for 12 months or a shorter period where feasible, unless needed for security investigations or legal compliance.
f. Legal retention
In some cases, we may retain limited data for longer where necessary to:
- comply with tax, accounting, or legal requirements,
