Frequencey Per Week: Up 3 days per week
The definite bench only program from Sika Strength, it’s the Road To Anywhere but for your upper body. The program begins at a frequency of 2 sessions per week and ramps up to 3 sessions per week before a final max week. The program includes all necessary assistance work. It can be ran alongside the other stand alone programs but choose wisely and reach out if you’re unsure as we’re always here to help.
